Ban fake blindness

There are fairly large number of blind people around Berkeley and on the BART. I think blind people are Okay. There are also fake blind people. A fake blind person is someone who can see but carries a feeling-stick and acts like a blind person, perhaps to get priority seating on the BART or to get people to move out of their way on the street. I can't stand fake blind people. I think faking blindness should be illegal.
